To participate in the 6th Annual Toys for Tots Holiday Tournament, complete the registration form below. Registration fee: $30 (includes a long sleeve dri-fit tournament shirt and a $15 PTC Grill  food ticket valid Nov. 8 on-site at the Holiday Tournament.  

 

Our club will hold a toy drive during the tournament.  Please bring a new unwrapped toy donation to support Toys for Tots.
